We had a lovely time with the superb breakfast and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the lounge area and the beautiful garden. The evening meal was also a highlight, making us feel relaxed and well taken care of. Just a heads up, there were a few paint flecks on the floor by the stair doors, but it didn't take away from our overall experience! 😊

The room felt comfortable and came with fine amenities. The tea and coffee facilities were replenished daily, a gesture that really stood out. The breakfast options were fantastic and delicious. a real highlight of my stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, perfect for exploring the local area and visiting Highclere Castle. my room faced the car park, which made it feel a bit exposed. I encountered a few minor issues with the shower pressure that fluctuated throughout my stay, which was frustrating at times. I noticed the layout was a bit confusing with several corridors without proper signage. Despite these issues, the accommodating staff and the overall comfort made my stay enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time visiting the famous racetrack nearby, and the service at the bar was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pool area was perfect for my kids to splash around in after a day filled with excitement.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options available on-site.

The room I stayed in was a Deluxe Double and it was pretty nice. Spacious and comfy! The bed was great for a good night's sleep. Only downside was that the TV didn’t work in the initial room, but they were quick to switch me to a better one. The vibe of the place felt a bit tired in some areas, like the carpet, but overall, it was decent for a night.
